It has worked okay, but its been hard for me to gauge.I've worn the belt for 30 minutes or more for 5 days per week, but I have also been in the gym.So, I am going to keep using it hoping it will assist me. Also, its says your ordering the Flex Belt, but when it arrived it was the Slentertone Ab Belt.I basically called them and researched on the internet that its basically the same belt.
