The 4 exercise bands, were my favorite part of the equipment.
They each have the metal clips on the grip rather than the plastic one, which makes it durable and not as easily breakable like the plastic attachments. Also, the grips are individually attached to each band making it extremely convenient when changing bands during the workout, what a time saver!
